A bit about myself:
- I've been running occasionally for several years now (I usually don't run in the winter)
- I'm a 20 year old male, relatively fit

I started running again a month or two ago, about twice a week. I'm now considering going everyday. I'm not really training for any event, just running for the sake of... fitness? I have been trying to get down to a 1 minute mile, I'm some where around 5:45-6 minutes for a mile right now.

I run 3.5 km in about 14:30.

Can you guys help me with a schedule? Is it okay to run every day or should I have rest days? Should I vary my distance?
