How many time did you fell?

I started to run some six moths ago. I am getting better. My overall time and speed are improving. I am also able to run longer and faster. However I keep falling all the time. I appear very clumsy although I have never been like that. How many time did you fell?

Run in the morning, be too tired to race at night for bmx?

I was wondering if i did the half marathong training prgram would i be to tired to race duringnight of bmx (cycling) or do you think my leg strength would recroup over those times probly run at 7 am and races are at 7 pm thanks

Should i increase my distance every week while training?

I hear a lot about adding 5% per week. I'm not sure if the 5% is added to distance per day or per week total or time that I'm out running. Right now I'm only doing approx. 5 km (8 m) 3 times per week. It takes approx. 32 mins to complete each run. Should I increase the distance or time? Help...
