I posted my problem: burning in urethra and knob of penis. For over 30 years. Disappears and comes back. No medicine seems to be working. What to do? If it was gonorrhrea which is bacterial then why it does not deteriorate into something more visible? If it is a virus then what to do.

Do all herpes lesions burst and turn into ulcers, or do they sometimes stay hard. I have a small pimple like bump towards the top of my vagina and it feels hard like a pimple, I'm freaking out. Could it be a pimple or herpes?
