I have a few extremely small bumps on the head of my penis that can not be noticed with the bare eye unless really examined. They never bothered me but then I noticed that whenever I ejaculate the area becomes extremely sensitive and a little bit painful if touched. The bumps appear to be in rows when I examined them very closely. Does anyone have any idea what this may be, or any thing I could try to get rid of them? I dont believe this is an STD just based on the fact that it developed years before I had any sexual relations. Thanks for any help.
