I have this rash, it starts on the right side of the outer labia, it is very dry/white patch of skin. On both my inner thighs the skin is dark brown almost red and scaly. I dont know if this could be jock itch, or some form of STD?

Normal activity after receiveing a cortisone shot?

I had a cortisone shot in my elbow yesterday for tennis elbow. The injection itself was a breeze, barely hurt at all. My elbow over the next couple of hours however swelled and I experienced moderate pain. Today it still feels stiff and very achey. Certainly not the immediate relief I expected....
