Hi! I am 20 years old woman. I have problem with dry skin on my leg. Sometimes I have cracks on the skin, itching, scaling. Everybody give some advices, but nothing really helps. Have you some good advice?

I have a bump under my skin around my anus

I have a small ball bump on the outside and something it goes on the inside of my anus but it's not like a pimple it's under the skin it doesn't hurt to sit or to use the restroom it only hurts when I touch it... Can someone please help
