my dads been getting these strange brown/black marks on his legs thier almost everywhere from the knee down there mostly circular im not sure what to do about it they look like burn marks and he doesnt like to go to the doctors as they never prescribe anything? what shall i do/
i made him use the haelan tape which is a tape the doctors prescribed to me for a scar i had on my leg.

It's difficult to know from your description what your dads brown/black marks on his legs are all about. Nevertheless, this doesn't sound good. Comming to a forem is fine but it sounds like your dad needs a proper diagnosis from a doctor. Giving your dad some tape that was prescribe for you is not the answer. If you don't have the money then try to go to a clinic that can help you. Don't stop until you find one. Surely there is someone out there the can get you help. These things are very important and you must persevere to get your dad help. No matter what it sounds like he needs some form of prescription drugs and if not then natural medications will cost you as well.
