Spots?!?! help please

hi i have quite a lot of spots now. i am 16 and i am using some clearasil face wash but doesnt seem to be working! my spots useually turn into small scabs and i continually pick them! most of my spots are just red now and dont seem to dissaper. could they have turned to small scars? thanks

I would like to hear some new treatment for rosacea. A year ago I had 2 Pulse Dye Laser treatments of my nose.It was really oncomfortable and painful treatment. I would not recommend this as a rosacea treatment to anyone. It was very disappointing. Soon after the treatment I had rosoacea again.

Swollen bottom lip

This morning I woke up to a swollen bottom lip! Only half of my lip is swollen. It isnt numb, it doesnt itch, and no other other parts of my mouth are swollen. I have no idea what could have caused this.
