Numbness, tingling in finger and discolored

Burning, bitter/burning tongue and tinnitus.

For six months now I have gradually added to my symptoms. I now have burning palms and feet, bitter/burning taste in my mouth and tinnitus. My calves and the back of my legs ache also. Noone seems to have a clue as to the cause. Help!
