Hi. 24 yo F with a nail problem - my nails split into thin sheets. I`m having a weight problem and a friend told me that my flaking nails are the product of my poor diet. Doubt that, but still don`t know what to do with my ugly, flaking nails. How to help it? I was thinking about binding glue?

dark lines under nails

Hi. I have noticed some small dark lines under my nails, near the tip. A friend told me it is called a splinter hemorraghes and said there is no reason to be worried. Fortunatelly, I have a dark skin and those lines are not so visible. Should I be worried?

I have a mole right below one of my eyebrows, recently I noticed it swelling out a little more each day, then a small black dot appeared on the tip of it.
