sore, swollen pimple on bottom of left buttock with a yellow head

it started out as a flesh like growth on my lower left butt cheek. I believe it got irritated by sweat which caused it to increase in size and become swollen tender and have a yello spot in the center of it. It's very painful when I'm sitting down and won't pop. What could it be?
