I am postop cervical discectomy c/4, c/5, c/6. Previous c/5 in 2006. This level was scraped clean of scar tissue and all three levels done. Postop I was told to wear soft collar only when riding in car, not to lift anything over 5 pounds, and to walk 1 mile a day. I am miserable. I did fine...

Hello, I must admit that I have a lower back pain. I went to an X ray and my spine looked perfectly fine. My doctor thinks it might be caused by indigestion. I would like to know whether this kind of pain can really be caused by indigestion. I would appreciate if anyone replied.

cervical fusion with disc fragment has left me in horrible pain

Hi I had a double fusion of C5/6 and C6/7 on Aug. 28th of 2007 and had a large disc fragment that was lying on the C5 area hence 8 months later I still have severe arm pain. Also if I look down even for a few seconds it induces a seering arm pain, or if I wanted to read I have to hold the book...

Hello. I need useful advice. I am still in pain from my last surgery, which was one year ago. I had acdf between c5 and c7 and I am still in a lot of pain. 2 days ago I had ct done and it showed spinal stenosis from c4 to c6. Is this possible? Could this be because of the surgery?
