My degenerative spinal symptoms are returning after surgery 15 years ago. Do you have any solution?

I was laid off Feb 5th 2020. My unemployment benefits are exhausted. I am worried because the scar tissue can pinch the spinal fluid and render paralysis.I have no family, job, insurance etc. I do have prayer and faith that someone will help me find a solution.
