I don't like my height

I'm turning 16 in a few months & I don't enjoy my height . I'm a guy that is 5'6 that weighs 115 & I want to know how tall I should be . My mom is 5'2 & my dad is 5'8 so I fear I'll be short all my life . I don't tend to get much sleep or eat the healthiest , any answers or help ? Thanks
