Well your behavior starts to change and your hormones start goin crazy. Also you begin to grow more and grow hair around your balls, penis and under your arms and every where else your penis and balls begin to grow also. You can produce sperm. That's about it unless I missed something

It greatly depends on your gender as boys and girls experience different changes during puberty, and usually at different times too. Girls usually start puberty 2 years earlier than boys, at around age 10. Boys start at around 12. Girls experience thelarche (breasts developing) and menarche (first period) and both boys and girls experience pubarche (pubic hair growing) . Boys voices 'break' and become lower, they get bigger muscles and have testicular growth. Both sexes have a growth spurt, in which they grow at a quicker rate for a while. You may have frequent mood swings and be irritable, sometimes for no apparent reason. Hormones race throughout your body to cause these physical changes, which can also sometimes cause moodiness.
