I've seen a lot of pain in reference to the testicular region but I feel mine might be different. My pain is in the upper testicular region (left) but closer to my pelvis/inguinal area. I'm 24 and have no history. It seems like the pain is worsened when I'm sitting or lying down.

I had mumps about 9months ago now and my left testicle inflammed about 4 times the other. Since recovering from the illness my left testicle has shrunk to just a bit bigger then a small marble and it is very sore to touch. Can anyone help with this????????????????????
