I have discovered a marble sized lump above my left testicle and was wondering what it could be?

Hi 4,

It is possibly an epididymal cyst.  They are actually common in adult males and usually resolve by themselves.  It may alo be a spermatocele.

They can be up to about the size of a pea.  The epididymal cyst usually is not attached to the testicle but a spermatocele may feel like it is.  Differentiating between the two, even with an ultrasound, is difficult.

How old are you?  How long have you noticed it?  Is there any pain?

Keep an eye on them.  If ou notice them getting larger then see your doctor/urologist.

Hope it helps.
