Dear Sir/Madam, I am 32 years old. Unmarried. I have high blood pressure and I have been taking Losatan with the Doctor's advice for last 2 and a half years and still continuing. Recently I have been feeling little pain for last 1 or 2 months in my right scrotum and outside of it. Especially when I remain sited, i feel that both the scrotum are touching the surface causing irritation/mild pain. I feel that muscle inside my scrotum gets a cold feeling and growing growing and after sometimes it gets normal again. It doesn’t have much pain but just grows up and creates discomfort. I feel pain/discomfort when i am in a car and it crosses the speed breakers. My pain was sometimes outside of the region as well. I feel nothing when I walk. It has been a long while that I am suffering from this uncomfortable problem. I went to doctor, got X ray of my KUB area (Kidney, Ultras, Bladder) abdomen area and also had ultra sonogram in my scrotum. According to Doctor, nothing was found and it is ok and did not refer me any medicine. Only advised me to drink plenty of water which I generally take. But I still feel that minor pain/movement even now every time I sit. Flexibility is not there. What should I do? I cannot sit most of the times. Is it related to sports hernia. Can I use ice in that area when I feel pain/irritation there? What physical exercise can I do for overcoming the problem? Please advise me. I will be deeply honored. I would like to enclose my medical reports for your convenience. Thanks. I was advised to do the following tests.
Here are the reports: Plain X-Ray of KUB region:
· Detail is obscured by bowel gas and faecal matter. · No radio opaque calculus is noted in the KUB region. · Paraspinal shadows are unremarkable. · Sacralization of both transverse process of L5 seen. · Spina bifida occulta is noted at L5 vertebra. Ultrasonogram of Testes: Scrotal skin thickness appears normal. Both the testes are normal in size.
