I have found small lump/spot/pimple (not sure what it is) on the bottom of my scrotum. It is not painfull but can be a little sore when I touch it. As far as I can tell it is on the outside. I am 16 and not sexually active. Should I be concerned? Thanks for any help.

moving testicles that go up to your belly

my boyfriend gets sore alot his left testicle can move up too his belly and down some of his penis he gets really bad cramp in his belly when this happens.when he lies down it will roll up his belly it can sit next to his hip.
