You may not be ready yet it takes time im 15 and i started ejaculating when i was about 13 its different for everyone just hang in there. And your penis will start making its own lube but if you want you can use lotion. It wont make you produce sperm faster though. Hope this helped.

Hey dude... 14 is right in the range for puberty. It would be normal that you may not be able to ejaculate yet. What other signs of puberty do you have? Pubic hair? Have your testicles started to grow? Penis growth?
