my boyfriend gets sore alot his left testicle can move up too his belly and down some of his penis he gets really bad cramp in his belly when this happens.when he lies down it will roll up his belly it can sit next to his hip.

It is normal for testicles to be able to move. Usually they remain in the scrotum however.
I suggest that he see a urologist, especially if it causing him any pain or discomfort.
