I've had a lump on my right testicle since I was about 9 or 10, and it never has really bothered me. I've gone in for checkups and such since I've  had it and doctors have never found anything wrong with them just by doing a casual check-up, but it still bothers me a bit. The lump is tender I suppose, I can move it around as well. If I squeeze it I get a dull ache, but that's the extent of the pain. It's not really solid, but it's not entirely soft either. It doesn't feel as though it has grown much over time. I'm going to bring it up at my next check up in a few days, I just wanted a bit of input on what it could be. I'm assuming since I've had it so long (I'm 16 now) it's not really a problem though.

If you've had it for 6-7 years and it hasn't changed in that time then yes - it's probably nothing you need to worry about. It's always best to check these things though, so you're right to mention it at your check up. It's probably a little cyst (fluid filled swelling) or possibly a lipoma, which is a little lump of fatty tissue.
