Left testicle smaller than right

My left testicle is way smaller then my right My left testicle is really small compared to my right and sometimes my left testicle goes out of the ball sack and goes up and gets stuck so i push it back in. When i go yo sleep it scares me that my left testicle will go up into my stomach.

Hi, Im 15 years old and about 1 week ago a lump the size of half a peanut. It feels like loads of veins when i squeeze it. The lump doesnt actualy hurt, Its the testicle its self and it does not hurt 24/7 it only hurts when i play sports or anything like that. Please can i get a response. Thanks
