I had a large pill stuck in throat. What is the possibility that it went into my lungs?

I had a very large pill stuck in my throat, finally got it to move after gagging and trying to cough it up but my throat really hurts and I am burping constantly.  Is this from all the air I was gasping for? What is the possibility that it went into my lungs. What symptoms would I be having?

I had a tonsillectomy 4 months ago and my throat is still itchy and I have a throat lump feeling

I had a tonsillectomy almost 4 months ago and my throat is still itchy and I feel there's swallowing inside and a lump feeling in my throat. So I never stopped having problems. It gets irritated and sometimes hurts. Has anyone had a similar situation going on and did it eventually go away?
