Problems with low back and neck pain in MS. Should I try with acupuncture?

I suffer from multiple sclerosis and so far, I have not found a real solution to the every worsening lower back and neck pains, which have become a real problem to my every day functionality over time. Do you think that I need to try with acupuncture? Or would this be a pointless waste of my time?

Hello, guys. My friend has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Tremor is something that has been bothering him and I am not sure that drugs are helping. He has read somewhere that increased weight can decrease arm or leg tremor in MS. I wonder if this is true. Can anyone tell me this?
