for about 3 months now for about 10 days a month i get a really bad lowish tummy pain my mum thort it woz my periods the frist time i got it but its not and im really worried cuz im 13. i havent started yet.

I have a pain in my left ab under the rib cage and a feeling like I'm going to get sick but I never do. It's like a sicky feeling in my mouth. I'm also constipated on and off. Any ideas?
