What are your experiences with Hammer Gel?

I just got some and used it in a water diluted form with some electrolyte poweder added. i did two servings to 21oz of water and it seemed to do very well. Now all this is circumspect since one i did come off an easy weekend, possible placebo effect from the Gel? i never doubt the Placebo effect....

Should I take vitamins and if I do, which ones do you recommend?

Ok, I've recently started taking a few vitamins. Are they necessary? If so, what do you recommend? I'm doing a Ultra Mega Gold Multi from GNC, 1500 mg of Glucosamine and 1500 mg of MSM. Also throw in a little extra Zinc and Calcium. Am I overdoing it?
