YES you are completely deficient. If you saturated yourself with a good quality magnesium your symptoms will totally go away! I know it can be very overwhelming when choosing a mag supplement because there are so many!! but i would suggest a 99% absorbable kind so you don't become runny and deplete even more magnesium. Things hat deplete your magnesium is drinking coffee and alcohol, sweating.
