I need a prenatal vitamin that will not affect my diverticular disorder

I am 6 weeks pregnant and need to find a prenatal over the counter or script that wont affect my diverticular disorder . I have a really bad stomach and need to keep it tamed while pregnant. I also would like a prenantal that wont cause any side effects
