Take it from someone who knows all to well about diet pills, shots, etc. They are ALL a waste of money. The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy, drink lots of water, excerise a minimum of 4 times a week for at least an hour and of course your food portion control. I am on Weight Watchers and...
