Hi. I don’t know where to start with my story because I'm fighting with my overweight almost ten years now and I have loose faith in me.
I think some of these diets are good but I think o don’t have such a strong character.
I have tried almost every diet on the market and some of them even helped me to loose some pounds but when I stop using them- my pounds are back!
There is only some Almased diet left. Is there anything especially I should know about this diet?

Especially Almased diet because it has a lot of side effects.
The bottom line with diet pills and supplements is that they have side-effects which make taking them in the long-term unreasonable.
The goal of this diet program is plan of liquid nourishment composed of primarily vegetarian proteins – resulting in an average weight loss of 12-18 pounds in two weeks of using and after that some exercise program.
To be honest, inexpensive and long-term weight loss is best achieved through change some life habits, smoking, drinking, diet and exercise.

Sorry to mention, but with all diet pills you can buy here on this continent i have to tell you that Almased is the healthiest. ALMASED is all natural and it´s healthy if you do it right - not like all the other stuff you can buy here!!!
And it works. I´ve lost almost 15 Kilos in a very short period of time (less than 2 month) and it´s gone!!
But YES you also have to exercise - there is no such a thing as loosing weight without exercise!!
