I particulary appreciate the authors' emphasis on eating
fruits, vegetables and proteins while warning against stimulants.

I have to deal with stress a lot and I find that wrong foods can
really exacerbate the problem while healthy foods can often
calm the situation.

Good article.

I really think that it's a great idea that you mentioned a good diet because diet plays a REALLY important role in mood. I find that when I drink caffeine that my mood is usually awful so I'm glad to know that there's a diet tie in. Thanks for posting this!
