Hi, I took Plan B and a week later I experienced some spotting, which I know is normal. Now my period is a week late. Is it possible I am pregnant or did the pill work because I experienced spotting?

Plan B can make your period early or late AND heavier or lighter than normal. You are having a common side effect.
Your cycle will return to normal shortly.
It's unlikely you are pregnant.
