Hi im 16 year old male and I have had a bent penis to the left for (I think) all my life. It is slightly bent maybe 30 degrees and its near the base on my penis. after the bend my penis is completely straight to the tip its just maybe 0.5 inches in, it bends all of sudden then continues straight at around 30 degree angle. I push my penis to the right so that the tip is facing forward but there's still this bend in the base. The opening of my foreskin points straight in front of me as well when it is bent to the left. I have (i think) had it all my life but now that im getting older and having potential sex partners, I was wondering if this is common thing or if there is anything I can do to fix the slight bend. It does not hurt or anything, but it kind of hurts at the base when i push it to the right further than the middle. My penis can also go all the way to my waist to the left (thats how my boners go in my pants or when Im sleeping on my stomach and I wake up with morning erection) but to the right I can barely get past the middle. I want to get this fixed cause I want it to be straight cause it would make it look way bigger and I think will be more attractive to the female. Is there anything I can do (preferably not surgery related)? Or do I just deal with it? Should I see a doctor to get it checked out?? Thanks everyone this is a hard topic for me... but thanks for your help!

Hi, in answer to your question about it being a common thing, the answer is yes some dead up some down some left some right, there is no real practical way to sort this out other than surgery an the downfall of that is you would loose some length as its corrected by making an incision the opposite side taking a small amount of tissue away then restiching it back so it corrects the bend but as with any operation there are risks involved. Does the bend only show when your erect of when flaccid too?
If its causing you to much pain then I would advise that you go see a doctor about it.
