Drinking session with coke, after I took Valium, I am feeling awful

Had a 12 hour drinking session yesterday combined with a gram of coke. Got home at 1am and took a 10mg Valium - passed out and woke up at 8am feeling awful, heart racing, anxiety etc. Contemplating taking another 10mg Valium to calm me down, thoughts? Thanks for all your help.
