Anxiety for 4 years and every time different symptoms, I'm too tired to fight this anymore

I've dealt with anxiety for about 4 years. I get new symptoms every month or so. I can go on and on with the list. Now I'm dealing with ear,  sinus and head pressure; these have got to be the worst symptoms I've had so far. Sometimes it's so bad, I can barely stay awake because of the pressure....
