hi i have just had my spleen removed has iv myelofibrosis and lupus .my doctor hasent told me much about what to expect now iv no spleen i do no things will get worse as time go,s on im 54 please help me to understand and the prognoses i no its not good ..iv no one to help me many thanks kate
