Preventing nighttime urination with saw palmetto?

What would be the best way to prevent night time urge for urination? I have heard that it might be done with saw palmetto. I really don't like getting up in the middle of the night (I don't sleep for more than 5 hours, so I want quality sleep). Will palmetto help?
