i feel like i constantly have to urinate and when i try to urinate a lilttle bit comes out and then i have that horribale feeling like i have to urinate and it hurts and the feeling is really bothering me!!...what could it be??...

Preventing nighttime urination with saw palmetto?

What would be the best way to prevent night time urge for urination? I have heard that it might be done with saw palmetto. I really don't like getting up in the middle of the night (I don't sleep for more than 5 hours, so I want quality sleep). Will palmetto help?
