sometimes after I pee I just feel like a burnish uncomfortable feeling

I only drink about 34 Oz of water a day but somtimes after I pee I just feel like a burnyish uncomfortable feeling and I have to sit down for like 20 minutes and then it finally goes away, does anyone know why that is?
