my absolute Monocyte level has dropped to 0.249 and I am being sent to a Hematologist-Oncologist

I just found out last week my Lymphocytes & Leukocytes have been high for the past 2 years which warranted monitoring...When all of a sudden my absolute Monocyte level has dropped to 0.249 and I am being sent to a Hematologist-Oncologist...anyone have any idea WHY?!

excessively sleepy after eating

I get excessively sleepy after eating a meal, to the point where i am fighting to keep my eyes open. I am of normal weight with a bmi of 24, and am non-diabetic. Any ideas on how to stop this?? thank you.
