weight bearing exercise for shoulders and upper arms one year following total shoulder replacement

After having a successful total shoulder replacement one year ago, I'm interested in getting back into doing exercises for my upper arms and shoulders.I don't know if using weights, as I used to, would be wise.  Does anyone know or have any other suggestions?

Do i need Crutches????

I am going for surgery to correct hammertoe on the 2nd toes of both my feet in 2 days!! When i spoke to the doctor about recovery he said that i could just walk on my heels?? I'm wondering if i should get crutches because walking on my heels all the time will become quite uncomfortable eventually!!...

unkown rib cage and upper chest pain for 7 months

i have had rib cage and chest pain since may. the pain began after taking up golf and kick boxing. in may i ws diagnosed and treated with costocondritis. within a week my pain went away. about a month later the pain came back and i did not respond to the medication which relieved the costochondtis....
