Toe realignment (pin on the toe next to big toe)

The pin on my toe 3 weeks after surgery got caught on something and pulled out a little , what do I do ? I called and left a message for my doctor, it's after hours now . Will that have a bad effect on my surgery ? I am getting the pins out in 4 days .
