Infected toe still red and somewhat swollen after podiatrist said it was healing. What now?

I can not find the answer to this anywhere on the internet. I had an infected toe, right below the nail. The podiatrist cut part of the nail out and had me soak and use neosporin to treat this. I also had 7 days of keflex. It is 3 days post check-up where she said it was looking good and no further...

Numb fingers and a lot of pain 3 months after carpal tunnel surgery

Had carpal tunnel surgery February 15 of this year and have had nothing but pain and problems since.  Now two fingers are totally numb.  The results of MRI and EMG show thickened mediam nerve and edema, etc.   Can this be repaired?
