blood from nipple

for some months now i have noticed a small amount of blood about the size of a pin head from my right nipple on occasion - when the nipple is pressed - in one spot at the bottom of the nipple - what do u thk this is coming from. please help!!!! terrified and scared!!!!

I started developing at age 14, i'm now 20. my left breast never grew, it looks like i'm 12 and my right breast is a small C. i am left handed....also my areolas are 2 different sizes and colors....theyre a couple shades apart. i know i need to go to the doctor but has anyone heard of this before?...

I don't think this is cancerous, I've recently had a pap smear (breast exam included) and I checked out fine, but I have these smalls bumps that are on both nipples, just a few though.
