had Gastric Balloon placed in March but needed to have it removed due to my esophagus was torn

Hi I had the balloon placed in March, I did not even have it in for 12 hours and it got removed!!! My esophagus was tore and was not noticed by the surgeon. I could if died people if I did not go back to the hospital when I did! Please be aware of the risks that could happen.
