Emotionally numb

Somehow I've managed to become completely emotionally numb, I can't even feel negative emotions at all. It happened after some panic attacks, will this pass or is it more serious?

I'm 21yrs old, thin and on anti-depressants but feeling ok. However lately i have no control over this shaking that happens in my arms hands and legs. How do l hide my scars?

l have been cutting myself lately (on my wrists) and l don't want them seen by anyone. So how would l hide them in the summer and for certain sports like swimming and similar in a way that is not obvious that I'm hiding something by my school peers? does anyone have any advice?
