Might i have Cancer

I constantly have a feeling of a ball of mucus stuck in throat and i have been probably coughing more than a year now and i still feel fin tho but there is tiny black particles in the mucus that is coming from my throat regularly, i am a smoker which may be the reason for all this i know.
