SCDS and Sleep Apnea

Has anyone who has been diagnosed with SCDS also suffer from sleep apnea and use a CPAT machine?  I'm wondering if the air pressure created by the CPAT machine can cause or contribute to SCDS, and if if it creates any issues post surgery?
