:-( I have had some strange sypmtoms lately, just not feeling myself. It started with these sharp stabbing pains in my right ear that would come and go. The next day my ear just felt like something was in it, kind of a full irritating feeling and today I feel like I have a lump in my throat, it almost hurts to swallow. What in the world could be going on? Other than these symptoms, I feel fine. No fever! When I push around on my neck, it hurts on the front, right around the base of my neck.

I know this is 5 years ago but did you find out what was wrong. I have had the lump in the throat feeling for 15 months. I know have the added ear ache and burning sensation in the ear. Many test and nothing has come back with an answer. They figure I have acid reflux but I don't feel it is a correct diagnoses as taking 6 different meds over this time have done nothing.
