Why am i having breathing issues while running?

Answered by a doctor

So, I'm a 19 year old male and I've been running every-other day for a little over a year now, and had never had any issues. But now, I get 20 minutes or so into the run and its like my lungs shut down; it seems as that over the past 2 weeks my lung capacity has steadily been dropping off. For the...

Hey it's dark out! Think I'll wear my ninja costume!

Usually I don't let other people's stupidity get to me but last night as I driving back from the Y, I drove past a female jogger on the side of the road. It was about 7:15 and it was getting pretty dark already....Anway, she was wearing black sweatpants, a black sweatshirt and black headphones...

Answered by a doctor

But since I usually use the weights after I'll do a few sets and then hop on the treadmill for a lap or two, get off, do more sets repeat. I still...

Why am i getting post run stitches and cramps?

Lately, I've been getting horrible stitches when I run (3.5 to 5 miles). I have to walk 1 minute or so of each of my runs, which makes me angry. I know that I can run it. Why is it happening to me? Those stitches hurt enough that if I keep trying to run, I'll end up running like a Neanderthal...
